The St. Charles Chamber has several committees, each run by a Chairman or 2 Co-Chairs. All members who participate in a committee are volunteers of the Chamber.

Each committee is also appointed a Chamber liaison, which is a chamber staff member. Committees have a responsibility to meet the needs of their respective groups of businesses through programming, sub-committees, and task forces.
