The St. Charles Chamber has 3 committees, each run by a Chairman or possibly 2 Co-Chairs. All members who participate in a committee are volunteers of the Chamber.

Each committee is also appointed a Chamber liaison, which is a chamber staff member. Committees have a responsibility to meet the needs of their respective groups of businesses through programming, committees, and task forces.  

Affiliated committees function on behalf of and as a part of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce and are subject to its by-laws.
